Cal Surf excel at Presidents Day
As the Surf entered President’s Day weekend in their final tournament weekend, they showed grit and determination in several age levels. Across multiple divisions, the Surf came out with 2 runner up performances.
Just like all season, the 8uB Surf team came in dominating and playing hard - showing the competition their skill and determination. Although they battled to the finals, the Surf came out with their heads high and earned the silver medal. In addition, the 14uA Surf team battled hard and earned a trip to the finals before falling short. Great turnout from all teams from Surf this weekend!
Looking ahead, the California Surf spring program is open for registration as players prepare for moving up in their age classification and ready to meet their new coaches. Those who are ready for the next step, especially those prepared for more competition, are encouraged to apply for the Monarchy elite spring/summer tournament teams.
